Peabody Plaza

A 2.75 acre parking lot was removed to make way for 640,000 square feet of office-retail space. The project required blasting and excavation for 5 floors of below-grade parking. The overburden on this site required disposal at a special waste facility in Lewisburg, TN. The underground utility infrastructure included the reworking of an existing underground detention system. Division 2 also installed two new underground detention systems with accompanying water quality units.
