Located where Broadway & West End diverge, this 4 acre site called for the blasting and excavation of over 350,000 cubic yards of material. The end result was 5 floors of below-grade parking beneath a mixed-use development totaling 1,273,000 square feet. In addition to the utilities needed to directly support the development, the NES electric duct banks, public storm drainage, and sanitary sewer systems on three sides of the project had to be upsized.
