This 40 acre site was cleared and graded for the construction of a 14 building apartment complex. Split in half by a “blue-line” stream, the project required the installation of a culvert crossing and large walls to bridge the two sides of the project. Hampered by difficult topography, limited site access, and some existing utility conflicts, the project took deliberate planning to efficiently grade and install utilities in a manner that supported vertical construction.
