Bells Bluff

This 44 acre site was cleared and graded to make way for a 400 unit, 18 building development. The difficult topography required the installation of 26 retaining walls, some as much as 40 feet tall. The project also required a 2,500 foot off-site sewer and water main extension to service the development.
