A 185,000 square foot warehouse was constructed on this 12.5 acre site in LaVergne. This project required value engineering to get the sitework in budget. To meet the budgetary constraints, the site was balanced and onsite crushing was conducted to generate the material for the building pad. The site also required the installation of a precast box culvert to bridge the large swale separating the site from the road frontage.
